Make this easy, vibrant, and refreshing non-alcoholic Christmas punch for your holiday gathering. It is perfect for all ages and can be prepared ahead of time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups cranberry juice, chilled
  • 3 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 4 cups ginger ale or sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced for garnish
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries for garnish
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir gently to mix.
  2. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale or sparkling water. Stir once or twice very lightly to keep the fizz.
  3. Add the orange slices, fresh cranberries, and rosemary sprigs to the punch bowl for decoration.
  4. Serve immediately in glasses filled with ice.

Notes

  • For a make-ahead option, mix the juices and freeze them in a bundt pan to create a decorative ice ring. Add the frozen ring to the punch bowl just before guests arrive.
  • If you prefer a less sweet punch, substitute half of the ginger ale with plain sparkling water.
  • You can prepare the juice mixture up to 24 hours in advance; add the carbonated beverage right before serving.
