A quick, low-carb smoothie recipe that tastes like strawberry cheesecake, perfect for a keto breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the almond milk, frozen strawberries, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the ice cubes last.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend briefly.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker, more dessert-like texture, reduce the almond milk slightly or add 1/4 of a small avocado.
  • You can substitute frozen raspberries for strawberries for a different berry flavor.
  • Add one scoop of unflavored or vanilla keto protein powder for a higher protein meal replacement.
