- 2 shots espresso (about 2 oz) or 1/2 cup strong cold brew concentrate
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Prepare your espresso shots or measure the cold brew concentrate into a tall glass.
- Add the honey to the espresso or concentrate. Stir well until the honey dissolves completely into the warm coffee.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the almond milk over the coffee and honey mixture.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Taste and add more honey if you prefer a sweeter drink.
Notes
- For a slightly frothy top, you can shake the almond milk vigorously in a sealed jar before pouring it over the ice.
- If you do not have espresso, use 1/2 cup of very strong, chilled coffee or cold brew concentrate.
- Use pasteurized honey for easier dissolving if your coffee is not hot.
- You can substitute maple syrup for honey if desired.
