- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Combine the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt in a jar or container with a lid.
- Add the peanut butter, milk, and maple syrup (if using).
- Stir or shake the mixture well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and no clumps remain.
- Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
- In the morning, check the consistency. If it is too thick, add a splash more milk.
- Serve cold directly from the jar.
Notes
- For a thicker texture, reduce the milk by 1/4 cup initially.
- If you prefer chocolate peanut butter flavor, use chocolate protein powder or add 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
- These oats keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for easy meal prepping.
- Topping suggestions include sliced banana or a sprinkle of chopped peanuts before serving.
