Make this easy, savory pull-apart bread using soft dinner rolls coated in a rich garlic Parmesan butter, baked until golden and gooey.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated soft dinner rolls (about 20 rolls)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus 2 tablespoons for topping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Open the package of dinner rolls and separate them, but do not flatten them. Place the rolls into a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the garlic butter.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the rolls in the large bowl. Gently toss the rolls until they are evenly coated with the butter mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated rolls snugly in the prepared loaf pan, stacking them if necessary to fit.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the rolls are heated through and the tops are lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. Return the bread to the oven for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, just until the cheese melts.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes before serving warm. You can pull the pieces apart directly from the pan.

Notes

  • You can use frozen, thawed yeast rolls if you prefer a homemade dough base.
  • For extra flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning to the butter mixture.
  • If you do not have a loaf pan, you can use a round cake pan or a baking dish.
