This is the best fruit dip for your next gathering. Julian created this simple, creamy fruit dip using just three ingredients. It comes together in minutes and tastes like caramel, making it a perfect, quick snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Use an electric mixer or a sturdy whisk to beat the ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Taste the dip and add a splash more vanilla if you prefer a stronger flavor.
  4. Transfer the creamy fruit dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite fresh fruit, or cover and chill for at least 30 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • For a healthier fruit dip option, substitute the brown sugar with 1/4 cup of honey and 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
  • This dip pairs wonderfully with apples, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple slices.
  • If you want a lighter texture, you can fold in 1/2 cup of whipped topping (like Cool Whip) after mixing the base ingredients.
