Make fast, flavorful garlic knots with a crispy exterior and soft interior using your air fryer and pre-made dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Remove the pizza dough from the can and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Unroll the dough onto a clean surface.
  2. Cut the dough into 12 equal strips. Twist each strip into a knot shape and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the garlic knots in a single layer in the basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  6. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping the knots halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the cooked knots from the air fryer and immediately place them in a medium bowl.
  8. Pour half of the garlic butter mixture over the hot knots and toss gently to coat.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the top. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches for the best crispiness.
  • If you prefer a cheesier knot, add mozzarella cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
